Frequent Diver Rewards Terms and Conditions

Membership Cards

Use your Frequent Diver Rewards Card with every purchase and return you make at Ocean Enterprises. Please provide identification when using your card. Membership card accounts are non-transferrable. Membership cards will be mailed out within two weeks of date of enrollment.

Eligibility

Participation in Ocean Enterprises' Frequent Diver Program plan is limited to individuals who are residents of the United States. Ineligible individuals are: Ocean Enterprises employees, and their families. Individuals may be enrolled only once. Corporations, commercial accounts, and military accounts may not be enrolled as individual participants.

Disqualification:

Ocean Enterprises reserves the right to disqualify persons from further participation in the Ocean Enterprises Frequent Diver Rewards Program at any time, and can cancel all previously accumulated points if in Ocean Enterprises' sole judgment such persons have violated any of the rules governing the program described herein.

Program Termination:

Ocean Enterprises reserves the right to end the Ocean Enterprises Frequent Diver Rewards Program at any time. Such termination may become effective with, or without notice to participants.
