IDC Staff Instructor

After moving to Southern California in 1997 a trip to Hawaii in 2001 changed Andre's life forever. Within weeks of the trip he was certified as an Open Water Diver and has been an avid diver ever since, logging more than 1000 dives in his first 8 years. More than half of his diving experience has been in California waters at some of his favorite sites like the kelp forests of Catalina and San Clemente. Andre joined the Ocean Enterprises Staff in 2003. He also is a volunteer diver for Birch Aquarium, diving the kelp and tropical tanks to help keep them clean and entertain visitors. He is also a DAN Emergency Management Provider Instructor.
