About Blair

IDC Staff Instructor

Blair grew up in Delaware and always had a passion for the ocean. After joining the US Navy, he was certified as an open water diver in 2003 while stationed in Hawaii and earned his instructor certification through Ocean Enterprises in Oct 2011. During that time he has logged more than 250 dives in Hawaii, Key Largo, FL, Pensacola, FL, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Malta, Cyprus, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and of course here in CA. His special interests are underwater photography/videography, public safety diving and closed circuit rebreather diving.
