About MoniqueIDC Staff InstructorMonique was first certified in 1998 in the Pacific Northwest. Although most of her dives have been in the cold waters off the West Coast she has also been fortunate enough to dive in Belize, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Since moving to San Diego in 2009 she has continued her PADI education and has over 300 logged dives.
